We want to make sure that you fall in love with your new Suitably swag so if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
If you there is a fault or issue with the item, we offer a 14 calendar day, no fuss return policy for an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Simply get in touch with Suitably and we will organise to have this happen.
This does not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Suitably reserves the right to refuse reimbursement for items that have been worn or damages by the user.
As every item is made to the specification of the customer, Suitably also reserves the right to refuse reimbursement for change of mind. Please note that change of mind is not covered under Australian Consumer Law.
Our suits are made to your measurements however, due to the nature of manufacturing and fabrics, measurements are typically not held to as a constant but rather used as a guide. Typically speaking, suitably aims towards a real-world threshold of 5 CMS between the provided measurements the real world delivered product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
